  淺談真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)的(de)(de)2種(zhong)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空方(fang)式   真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)是用(yong)(yong)來制備和開發亞穩材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(如非(fei)晶(jing)態材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao))的(de)(de)專用(yong)(yong)設備,該設備除了具(ju)有(you)感應爐(lu)的(de)(de)全部(bu)特點外,還具(ju)有(you)制備塊(kuai)體金屬(shu)非(fei)晶(jing)及金屬(shu)薄帶(dai)的(de)(de)功能(neng)(neng),適用(yong)(yong)于各種(zhong)非(fei)晶(jing)及微晶(jing)材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)的(de)(de)研究及實驗工作(zuo),廣泛用(yong)(yong)于新型稀土永磁材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)非(fei)晶(jing)軟磁材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)及納米材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)科(ke)學的(de)(de)開發與(yu)研究。   1)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)低真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空:   a)將機械泵(beng)拉桿(gan)逆時(shi)(shi)針(zhen)旋轉一下輕輕外拉至(zhi)不能(neng)(neng)拉動再順時(shi)(shi)針(zhen)旋轉一下鎖定;   b)等待真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)的(de)(de)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空表(biao)(biao)(biao)指(zhi)針(zhen)為“-0.1”后(hou)按下ZDF-2F復(fu)合真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空計左表(biao)(biao)(biao)頭(tou)的(de)(de)紅(hong)色按鈕(niu),等待將腔內真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空抽(chou)(chou)(chou)至(zhi)低于中間(jian)檔3Pa,同時(shi)(shi)繼續(xu)緊固(gu)腔門(men)(men)上的(de)(de)螺絲。(注意:若超過5分鐘(zhong)未能(neng)(neng)將真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空抽(chou)(chou)(chou)至(zhi)低于3Pa,請(qing)將拉桿(gan)按a)步驟所示手(shou)法推進2分鐘(zhong)后(hou)再拉出)   2)抽(chou)(chou)(chou)高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空:   a)當真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)爐(lu)腔內真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空低于3Pa后(hou),將機械泵(beng)拉桿(gan)推進并順時(shi)(shi)針(zhen)旋轉鎖定;   b)將擴(kuo)散泵(beng)閥(fa)門(men)(men)開關手(shou)柄逆時(shi)(shi)針(zhen)旋轉180°至(zhi)“開”;   c)當左表(biao)(biao)(biao)頭(tou)指(zhi)針(zhen)低于0.2Pa后(hou),按下右表(biao)(biao)(biao)頭(tou)上的(de)(de)綠色按鈕(niu),并按真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空甩(shuai)(shuai)帶(dai)爐(lu)的(de)(de)復(fu)位按鈕(niu)一次(ci)運行高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空表(biao)(biao)(biao);   d)根據(ju)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空熔煉爐(lu)情(qing)況(kuang)依次(ci)更換量程,查(cha)看腔內真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空度。注意:在當前量程內,若指(zhi)針(zhen)高(gao)于“1”嚴禁更換到(dao)更小量程查(cha)看真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空度
