  真(zhen)空燒結爐是怎樣(yang)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)  真(zhen)空燒結爐可以進行(xing)(xing)(xing)多種熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li),常(chang)見的(de)有以下(xia)幾(ji)種:  1.退(tui)火(huo):將(jiang)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)加熱(re)至(zhi)一定溫度(du),保(bao)持一段時間(jian),然后緩慢冷卻(que)。退(tui)火(huo)可以消除材(cai)料(liao)(liao)內部(bu)的(de)應(ying)力,改善(shan)其機械性能和(he)加工性能。  2.熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li):將(jiang)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)在(zai)高(gao)溫下(xia)保(bao)溫一段時間(jian),然后快速(su)冷卻(que)。熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)可以改善(shan)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)硬(ying)度(du)、強(qiang)度(du)、韌(ren)性等(deng)性能。  3.燒結:將(jiang)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)加熱(re)至(zhi)一定溫度(du),使其顆粒間(jian)的(de)結合更加緊密(mi)(mi),形成致(zhi)密(mi)(mi)的(de)晶(jing)粒結構。燒結可以提(ti)高(gao)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)的(de)密(mi)(mi)度(du)、硬(ying)度(du)、強(qiang)度(du)等(deng)性能。  在(zai)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)前(qian),需(xu)要(yao)對真(zhen)空燒結爐進行(xing)(xing)(xing)預熱(re),使其內部(bu)溫度(du)達到所(suo)需(xu)的(de)熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)溫度(du)。然后將(jiang)待(dai)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)的(de)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)放入爐內,控制加熱(re)和(he)保(bao)溫時間(jian)、溫度(du)等(deng)參數,后進行(xing)(xing)(xing)冷卻(que)。在(zai)整個熱(re)處(chu)(chu)理(li)(li)過程中(zhong),需(xu)要(yao)保(bao)持真(zhen)空燒結爐內部(bu)的(de)真(zhen)空環境,避(bi)免材(cai)料(liao)(liao)受到氧化等(deng)影(ying)響。
