  在正式(shi)投運熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)前,烘(hong)(hong)干是至關(guan)重(zhong)要的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個環節。常(chang)溫-350℃時的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)中(zhong)低溫烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)可將材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)游離水的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)充分排(pai)出(chu),材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)形(xing)成化學(xue)結合,達到初期固化。今天小(xiao)編就介紹下(xia)使(shi)用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)前的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)些烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)條件(jian)。   烘(hong)(hong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)具備的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)條件(jian)   1.熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)所(suo)有的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)襯里材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)砌筑完(wan)畢(bi),模(mo)具模(mo)板扯除完(wan)畢(bi),內部(bu)衛生清(qing)理(li)干凈,并自然養護7天以(yi)(yi)上。   2.各種附(fu)件(jian)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)孔或(huo)預留孔進行封堵或(huo)臨(lin)時性封堵。爐(lu)(lu)(lu)排(pai)下(xia)門孔關(guan)閉。爐(lu)(lu)(lu)下(xia)風道封閉,給風系(xi)統(tong)風閥關(guan)閉。   3.烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)使(shi)用燃料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)為0#輕(qing)柴油(you),單臺熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)用油(you)量大(da)約(yue)5噸(dun),12臺約(yue)60噸(dun)。   4.由(you)(you)乙(yi)(yi)(yi)方(fang)自備儲油(you)設備、供(gong)(gong)油(you)系(xi)統(tong)、給油(you)泵及(ji)管線等臨(lin)時設施(shi)及(ji)耗材(cai)、并負(fu)責(ze)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)和(he)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。   5.烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)壓(ya)(ya)縮空氣,供(gong)(gong)氣母(mu)管接(jie)至窯爐(lu)(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)附(fu)近,滿(man)足5m3/min使(shi)用,壓(ya)(ya)縮空氣壓(ya)(ya)力(li)0.6-0.8Mpa。母(mu)管以(yi)(yi)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)及(ji)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)由(you)(you)乙(yi)(yi)(yi)方(fang)負(fu)責(ze)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。   6.溫度測(ce)溫由(you)(you)乙(yi)(yi)(yi)方(fang)提供(gong)(gong)烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)溫度監測(ce)系(xi)統(tong)。   7.乙(yi)(yi)(yi)方(fang)提供(gong)(gong)并安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)使(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)連(lian)接(jie)熱(re)煙管道φ273和(he)φ219鋼管,材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)為Q235-A,長度視(shi)現場實際情(qing)況(kuang)而定。   8.烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)機使(shi)用的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)220V與(yu)380V電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)由(you)(you)甲方(fang)負(fu)責(ze)提供(gong)(gong)、并接(jie)至熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)附(fu)近烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)方(fang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)(kai)關(guan)柜上,滿(man)足烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)機200KW負(fu)荷要求(qiu),開(kai)(kai)關(guan)柜以(yi)(yi)后的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)及(ji)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)由(you)(you)乙(yi)(yi)(yi)方(fang)負(fu)責(ze)。   9.業主(zhu)方(fang)協(xie)助把烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)設備吊(diao)卸到合適(shi)位(wei)置,烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)結束負(fu)責(ze)吊(diao)卸裝(zhuang)(zhuang)車(che)。 4.10.為使(shi)烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)時材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)水分變成蒸(zheng)汽后能充分的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)出(chu),同時避(bi)免因烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)時材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)汽在脹(zhang)力(li)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用下(xia)使(shi)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)墻(qiang)出(chu)現炸裂或(huo)脫落,熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)燃燒(shao)室的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)外部(bu)護板的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)必須采(cai)取段焊,留出(chu)縫隙滿(man)足烘(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)排(pai)汽使(shi)用。   11.在爐(lu)(lu)(lu)管下(xia)方(fang)制作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臨(lin)時隔(ge)墻(qiang),材(cai)料(liao)(liao)(liao)(liao)及(ji)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)由(you)(you)乙(yi)(yi)(yi)方(fang)負(fu)責(ze)。   12.利(li)用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)正式(shi)排(pai)煙系(xi)統(tong)排(pai)煙。所(suo)有膨脹(zhang)節打開(kai)(kai),膨脹(zhang)指示歸零。
