  真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結爐在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)中(zhong)必(bi)須知道的(de)(de)(de)十個要(yao)點!果斷收藏   真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結爐是在(zai)(zai)抽真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)后充(chong)氫氣(qi)保(bao)護狀態(tai)下(xia)(xia)(xia),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)中(zhong)頻感(gan)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)加(jia)(jia)熱的(de)(de)(de)原理(li),使(shi)處于(yu)線(xian)圈內的(de)(de)(de)鎢坩堝產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)高溫(wen)(wen),通過(guo)熱輻射傳導到工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上,適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)科(ke)研、軍工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)對(dui)難(nan)熔合(he)金如(ru)(ru)鎢、鉬及其合(he)金的(de)(de)(de)粉末(mo)成型(xing)燒(shao)結。安裝(zhuang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)爐的(de)(de)(de)場所(suo)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)符合(he)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)衛生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求,周(zhou)圍(wei)的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)氣(qi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)清(qing)潔和干燥,并(bing)有良好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)通風條件,工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場地(di)不(bu)易揚(yang)起(qi)灰塵等(deng)(deng)。在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)時,以下(xia)(xia)(xia)問題我們必(bi)須要(yao)知道。   1、檢查(cha)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)中(zhong)所(suo)有部件及配件是否完備(bei)、完好(hao)。   2、控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜(ju)安裝(zhuang)在(zai)(zai)相應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)(de)地(di)基上,并(bing)固定。   3、安照接線(xian)圖(tu),并(bing)參考(kao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)氣(qi)原理(li)圖(tu),接通外接主回路及控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)回路,并(bing)可靠接地(di),保(bao)證接線(xian)無誤。   4、檢查(cha)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器可動(dong)部分應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)活動(dong)自(zi)(zi)如(ru)(ru),無卡死現象。   5、絕緣(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)不(bu)低于(yu)2兆歐姆。   6、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)爐各閥門必(bi)須在(zai)(zai)關閉位(wei)置。   7、控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源開(kai)(kai)關放(fang)在(zai)(zai)關位(wei)。   8、手動(dong)調壓(ya)(ya)旋(xuan)(xuan)鈕逆時針旋(xuan)(xuan)動(dong)頭(tou)。   9、報警(jing)鈕放(fang)在(zai)(zai)開(kai)(kai)位(wei)。   10、 按(an)平(ping)面(mian)(mian)圖(tu)完成設(she)備(bei)的(de)(de)(de)循(xun)環(huan)冷卻(que)水(shui)聯接,建議用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)在(zai)(zai)設(she)備(bei)總(zong)進出(chu)水(shui)管處再接入一(yi)備(bei)用(yong)(yong)(yong)水(shui)(可用(yong)(yong)(yong)自(zi)(zi)來水(shui)),防止循(xun)環(huan)水(shui)有故障(zhang)或斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)導致密封圈燒(shao)壞。   特別提(ti)醒:   1、由(you)于(yu)模(mo)具一(yi)般由(you)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)自(zi)(zi)備(bei),模(mo)具材料基本上選(xuan)用(yong)(yong)(yong)高純(chun)石墨(mo),其耐(nai)壓(ya)(ya)極限為40MPa,建議用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)(hu)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)在(zai)(zai)30MPa以下(xia)(xia)(xia)比較(jiao)安全,加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)前(qian)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)計算模(mo)具上、下(xia)(xia)(xia)沖頭(tou)的(de)(de)(de)面(mian)(mian)積(ji),再換算成壓(ya)(ya)力,具體(ti)公式如(ru)(ru)下(xia)(xia)(xia):   系統允許 加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)(噸(dun))=上或下(xia)(xia)(xia)沖頭(tou)面(mian)(mian)積(ji)×30MPa   如(ru)(ru)預先不(bu)計算盲(mang)目加(jia)(jia)壓(ya)(ya)導致模(mo)具、壓(ya)(ya)塊、發(fa)熱體(ti)、保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)屏等(deng)(deng)石墨(mo)制(zhi)(zhi)品損壞,本公司概(gai)不(bu)負(fu)責。   2、熱電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)偶為鎢錸型(xing),使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)過(guo)會發(fa)脆,不(bu)能接觸(chu)。如(ru)(ru)損壞應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)及時更(geng)換。其型(xing)號是W2型(xing)。   3、冬(dong)天應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)注意循(xun)環(huan)水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)保(bao)暖問題,否則(ze)易發(fa)生(sheng)(sheng)水(shui)管爆裂。   4、使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)后爐體(ti)應(ying)(ying)(ying)(ying)保(bao)持真(zhen)空(kong)(kong),因爐內保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)層易受(shou)潮,保(bao)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)這樣下(xia)(xia)(xia)次抽真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)會快些。   5、因設(she)備(bei)較(jiao)復雜,建議專人(ren)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong),專人(ren)負(fu)責,對(dui)新手嚴格實行(xing)用(yong)(yong)(yong)前(qian)培訓,用(yong)(yong)(yong)后檢查(cha),操作(zuo)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)要(yao)有記錄(lu)等(deng)(deng)設(she)備(bei)使(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)規定。
