真空燒結爐安全檢查

  真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐在使用前是(shi)需(xu)要做一(yi)系列的安(an)全(quan)檢(jian)查來(lai)保(bao)證使用安(an)全(quan)的。今天,洛陽八(ba)佳電氣科技股份(fen)有限公司(si)的工(gong)(gong)作人員就來(lai)跟大家(jia)說(shuo)一(yi)說(shuo)。   首先,檢(jian)查真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵電源系統,皮帶(dai)盤皮帶(dai)松緊,真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵油是(shi)否(fou)位于油封(feng)觀察孔(kong)中(zhong)線(xian)。檢(jian)查妥后(hou),人工(gong)(gong)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵皮帶(dai)盤,如無異常,可在關閉蝶閥的情況下(xia),啟動(dong)(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐的真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵。   其次,檢(jian)查真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐的爐內情況,要求真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)爐體內一(yi)級衛生,感(gan)應圈絕緣良(liang)好(hao),密封(feng)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)膠帶(dai)具(ju)有彈(dan)性(xing),尺寸合格(ge),以及(ji)爐身(shen)杠桿手(shou)把啟動(dong)(dong)是(shi)否(fou)靈活(huo)。   另外,真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐安(an)全(quan)檢(jian)查還需(xu)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)式麥(mai)氏真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)計(ji),看是(shi)否(fou)合乎要求,以及(ji)石墨坩堝等(deng)裝爐配件(jian)是(shi)否(fou)齊全(quan)等(deng)。當準備(bei)就緒(xu)后(hou),接(jie)通電源,中(zhong)頻電源合閘,按(an)中(zhong)頻啟動(dong)(dong)規(gui)則,試啟動(dong)(dong)變頻,成功后(hou)停止變頻,方(fang)可開爐。
