  真空燒結(jie)爐整(zheng)個自動控制系統中,起到核心處(chu)理(li)作(zuo)用的(de)是(shi)與觸摸屏的(de)通信(xin)程(cheng)序(xu)、邏輯處(chu)理(li)程(cheng)序(xu)和故障報(bao)警(jing)功能。具(ju)體(ti)的(de)內容(rong)如下(xia)三點:

  (1)與觸摸(mo)屏的(de)通信程序。通過從(cong)觸摸(mo)屏讀取操作命令和(he)參數的(de)設定(ding)值,并轉化成真空燒結(jie)爐運算(suan)所(suo)使用的(de)數據(ju)類型(xing);把(ba)工藝參數和(he)各工位的(de)運行狀(zhuang)態返回觸摸(mo)屏。

  (2)邏(luo)輯處理程序。真(zhen)空(kong)燒結爐根據采集到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)信號(hao)進行(xing)邏(luo)輯判斷,發出對系統和各工位(wei)運(yun)行(xing)狀態的(de)(de)(de)控制信號(hao)。完成料車的(de)(de)(de)運(yun)輸,真(zhen)空(kong)泵抽真(zhen)空(kong),各個閥的(de)(de)(de)開關,加熱給定,風機(ji)冷(leng)卻,爐體的(de)(de)(de)充氣等工作。

  (3)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)功能。針對工藝要求(qiu),真空燒(shao)結爐進(jin)行(xing)釬焊爐溫度(du)顯示異常(chang)(過(guo)低或(huo)(huo)超溫)、熱(re)電偶(ou)損壞或(huo)(huo)斷路等故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)功能,當有異常(chang)或(huo)(huo)故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)出現(xian)時,現(xian)場故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)信號燈(deng)和觸摸屏(ping)對應于故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)點的(de)溫度(du)顯示信號將會同時出現(xian)閃(shan)動,以(yi)提醒(xing)操作人員(yuan)及時對釬焊爐溫度(du)進(jin)行(xing)調整或(huo)(huo)對故(gu)(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)進(jin)行(xing)處理。

  記得要隨時檢查真空燒結爐設備各系統運行(xing)是否正常(chang),如有(you)異常(chang)及時(shi)報(bao)告領班處理(li)。在出(chu)爐(lu)(lu)前,應(ying)(ying)恢復爐(lu)(lu)內(nei)正常(chang)壓力,指(zhi)示燈正常(chang)后打開爐(lu)(lu)門(蓋)。卸料時(shi),應(ying)(ying)仔細操作,工件和工裝等均不得碰撞爐(lu)(lu)口(kou)。
