  真空燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)是利用中頻感應加熱的原理使硬(ying)質(zhi)(zhi)合金(jin)刀(dao)頭及(ji)各種(zhong)金(jin)屬(shu)粉末壓(ya)制體實(shi)現(xian)燒(shao)結(jie)的成(cheng)套設(she)備,是為硬(ying)質(zhi)(zhi)合金(jin)、金(jin)屬(shu)鏑(di)、陶瓷(ci)材料的工業生(sheng)產而設(she)計的。爐(lu)子的具體結(jie)構和性(xing)能介紹(shao)如下(xia):


  1、該燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)需要燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)的內(nei)膽采用濕法涂釉,一涂一燒(shao)(shao)工藝,燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)溫度為(wei)840~880℃,干燥溫度100~150℃,燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)時(shi)間約(yue)8~10min。燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(含干燥爐(lu)(lu))裝(zhuang)機功率850KW(±5%);爐(lu)(lu)窯(yao)機械、風(feng)機能耗25KW左(zuo)右;烘干線備用加(jia)熱器功率60KW。


  2、真空燒結爐(lu)的(de)爐(lu)體采用(yong)型鋼結構。主要隔熱材料采用(yong)1050級(ji)硅酸鋁纖維,高溫(wen)區厚度(du)≥340mm;中溫(wen)區厚度(du)≥200mm;低溫(wen)區采用(yong)100K礦(kuang)棉氈隔熱。并特(te)別(bie)設計空氣保溫(wen)層和鋁箔隔熱反射(she)層。爐(lu)體外表安裝0.75mm彩色波紋鋼板,美觀耐用(yong)。


  3、裝置8臺(tai)內循環式不銹鋼風(feng)幕(mu)機(一(yi)米外(wai)測量風(feng)幕(mu)機噪音≤85分貝),阻斷熱(re)流(liu)外(wai)溢,均勻爐溫(wen)。


  4、采用(yong)剛玉(yu)莫來石管的(de)美式加熱器(qi)。發熱體(ti)為0Cr25Al5。耐高(gao)溫(wen)、絕緣(yuan)性好、壽命長(chang)、維修成本低。該加熱器(qi)在爐內(nei)排布均勻,測溫(wen)點多(設(she)20個點),使爐內(nei)溫(wen)度均勻,爐內(nei)主要處溫(wen)差達±5℃。


  5、產品在真空燒結(jie)爐的(de)加熱區加熱時間保(bao)證在8~10分鐘。使瓷釉充分熔平,提高質(zhi)量。爐窯升溫(wen)時間在90分鐘左右。產品出爐采用吹風冷卻,改善(shan)操(cao)作條件。
