        真空熔煉爐所工作原理是在真空條件下進行金屬與合金熔煉的特種熔煉技術。主要包括真空感應熔煉、真空電弧重熔和電子束熔煉。隨著現代科學技術的飛躍發展,特別是伴隨著宇航、海洋開發、能源開發及電子工業的迅速進展,對金屬材料(***合金鋼及合金)的品種、產量、尤其是質量提出了越來越高的要求。


  真空熔煉(lian)爐主要供大專院校、科研單位及生產企業在真空或(huo)保護氣(qi)氛條(tiao)件下對金屬材料(如不(bu)銹鋼(gang)、鎳(nie)基合(he)金、銅(tong)、合(he)金鋼(gang)、鎳(nie)鈷合(he)金、稀土釹鐵錋等)的(de)(de)熔煉(lian)處理(li),也可進行合(he)金鋼(gang)的(de)(de)真空精(jing)煉(lian)處理(li)及精(jing)密鑄造。


  真空(kong)(kong)熔煉爐(lu)是由爐(lu)蓋、爐(lu)體(ti)、爐(lu)底、坩堝回(hui)轉(zhuan)機構(gou)、真空(kong)(kong)系統及(ji)中(zhong)頻電源控(kong)制(zhi)系統等(deng)組成。爐(lu)蓋、爐(lu)體(ti)及(ji)爐(lu)底均(jun)采用雙層水冷結(jie)構(gou),保持爐(lu)殼溫度不超(chao)過(guo)60℃。


  具(ju)體的操作為(wei)(wei)爐(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)打(da)開(kai)方式為(wei)(wei)手(shou)動,真空(kong)熔煉爐(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)上設(she)有(you)觀察孔及(ji)擋板(ban),為(wei)(wei)便(bian)于熔化過程中添(tian)加合(he)金元素,爐(lu)(lu)蓋(gai)上特設(she)有(you)合(he)金加料器。爐(lu)(lu)體內有(you)一(yi)感應線圈,通過手(shou)動轉動爐(lu)(lu)外手(shou)柄可輕(qing)松(song)將坩堝內熔液澆入錠模(mo),錠模(mo)可設(she)計成水冷形式。坩堝上部(bu)設(she)有(you)一(yi)測溫裝置(zhi)。真空(kong)系統(tong)采用二級泵(beng),即K-300油擴散泵(beng)與(yu)2X-70機(ji)械泵(beng),機(ji)械泵(beng)上設(she)有(you)電(dian)磁放氣閥避免停電(dian)后返油。真空(kong)機(ji)組上設(she)有(you)放氣閥及(ji)充(chong)氣閥。


  如果真空(kong)熔煉爐門(men)關(guan)不(bu)緊,檢查(cha)門(men)的(de)(de)合葉是(shi)否(fou)松動(dong),拉扣是(shi)否(fou)變形(xing),門(men)口密封膠條是(shi)否(fou)破損,門(men)板(ban)是(shi)否(fou)變形(xing)?風機有(you)異響,請(qing)仔細(xi)檢查(cha)是(shi)否(fou)有(you)異物進入風機的(de)(de)風輪里(li)面,或固定電機馬達(da)的(de)(de)螺絲是(shi)否(fou)松動(dong)。氣動(dong)閥無法動(dong)作,首先檢查(cha)對應的(de)(de)電磁(ci)閥是(shi)否(fou)能正(zheng)常工(gong)作,壓(ya)縮(suo)空(kong)氣壓(ya)力是(shi)否(fou)達(da)到(dao)工(gong)作要求?如果氣壓(ya)正(zheng)常,且電磁(ci)閥也良好,則肯定是(shi)氣動(dong)閥本身壞了,必須更換(huan)新的(de)(de)。
