真空燒結爐工作前應做好哪些準備?

  真空燒結爐是(shi)在(zai)真空(kong)或保護氣氛條件下(xia),利用(yong)中(zhong)頻(pin)感應加(jia)熱的原理使硬質合金(jin)刀頭及各種金(jin)屬粉末壓(ya)制體實現(xian)燒(shao)結的成套設備(bei),是(shi)為硬質合金(jin)、金(jin)屬鏑、陶(tao)瓷材(cai)料的工業生產而設計(ji)的。使用(yong)前,開動水(shui)泵(beng),使其(qi)中(zhong)頻(pin)電源,真空(kong)爐(lu)感應圈(quan)、爐(lu)體冷卻系統水(shui)循環(huan)正常,并(bing)調整水(shui)壓(ya)控制在(zai)規定(ding)值。之后要(yao)做(zuo)好以(yi)下(xia)準備(bei)工作:

  1.檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)真(zhen)空泵(beng)電(dian)源系統,皮帶盤皮帶松(song)緊,真(zhen)空泵(beng)油是否位于油封觀(guan)察孔中線(xian)。檢(jian)查(cha)(cha)妥后(hou),人(ren)工(gong)轉動真(zhen)空泵(beng)皮帶盤,如無異(yi)常,可在關(guan)閉蝶閥的(de)情況下,啟(qi)動真(zhen)空泵(beng)。

  2.檢查真空(kong)爐體(ti)內情(qing)況,要求真空(kong)爐體(ti)內一級衛生,感應(ying)圈絕緣良好,密封真空(kong)膠(jiao)帶具有彈性,尺寸合格。

  3.檢查真空爐體的杠桿手把啟動是(shi)否靈活。

  4.檢查轉動式麥氏真空計是(shi)否合乎要求。

  5.檢查石墨坩堝(guo),裝爐配件(jian)是否齊全。

  在以上準備就緒后(hou),接通電源(yuan),中(zhong)頻電源(yuan)合閘,按(an)中(zhong)頻啟動規則,試啟動變(bian)(bian)頻,成功后(hou)停止變(bian)(bian)頻,方可開(kai)爐。
