  真空甩帶(dai)爐由真空室、甩帶(dai)裝置(zhi)、坩堝自(zi)動升降裝置(zhi)、氣路系(xi)統、機殼和熔煉電源等組(zu)成。

  1、真(zhen)空室:采用(yong)304板組(zu)焊而(er)成并(bing)做表面處理,爐門(men)上(shang)裝有大尺寸(cun)觀(guan)(guan)察(cha)窗,既滿足高真(zhen)空要求,又(you)便(bian)于觀(guan)(guan)察(cha)實驗情況。

  2、甩帶裝置(zhi):采用伺服電(dian)機驅動,無(wu)極調速,密封(feng)采用磁流體密封(feng)裝置(zhi),銅棍拆卸方便。轉動平(ping)穩(wen),噪音極低。

  3、坩(gan)堝自動升降系(xi)統:真空甩帶(dai)(dai)爐采用伺服電機升降,可根據不同(tong)材料設備不同(tong)噴帶(dai)(dai)參(can)數(shu)。

  4、氣路系統:由電磁閥、壓力(li)罐、手動閥門和管路組成(cheng)。

  5、機殼:結合國內(nei)外(wai)設(she)備外(wai)觀經驗(yan),根據(ju)自身設(she)備特(te)點,設(she)計出(chu)合理機殼,外(wai)表噴塑處理。
