  工作者對真空甩帶爐做到更好的維護與保(bao)養,方法如下:

  1、按照(zhao)程序抽(chou)(chou)低真空(kong):緊閉所有的(de)真空(kong)閥門(men),啟動機械泵,待其運行正常后(大約1-2 min),打開通向(xiang)爐體的(de)低真空(kong)閥即上碟(die)閥,預(yu)先對爐體抽(chou)(chou)低真空(kong);

  2、打(da)開(kai)真(zhen)空甩帶(dai)爐下(xia)碟閥(fa),對(dui)擴(kuo)散泵(beng)進行(xing)抽氣(qi),當真(zhen)空度(du)達到(dao)15 Pa以下(xia)后,系統自動開(kai)啟擴(kuo)散泵(beng)進行(xing)預熱(re),一般經過45 min左右擴(kuo)散泵(beng)開(kai)始(shi)其作(zuo)用,就可以關閉真(zhen)空燒結(jie)爐上碟閥(fa),同時開(kai)啟主阻擋閥(fa)待真(zhen)空度(du)達到(dao)1.33×10Pa以上,才可以開(kai)啟加熱(re)按(an)鈕對(dui)樣品進行(xing)加熱(re)。
