  真(zhen)空燒結爐十大安裝注(zhu)意(yi)事(shi)項:

  1、檢查控制柜中所(suo)有部件及配件是否完(wan)備、完(wan)好(hao)。

  2、真空燒結爐控(kong)制柜安(an)裝在(zai)相應(ying)的地基上,并固定。

  3、安照接(jie)線(xian)圖(tu)(tu),并參(can)考(kao)電(dian)氣原理圖(tu)(tu),接(jie)通外接(jie)主回路(lu)及控(kong)制回路(lu),并可靠(kao)接(jie)地(di),保證接(jie)線(xian)無(wu)誤。

  4、檢查電器(qi)可動(dong)部分(fen)應活(huo)動(dong)自(zi)如,無卡死現象。

  5、絕緣電(dian)阻(zu)應(ying)不低于(yu)2兆歐姆(mu)。

  6、真空燒結爐(lu)各(ge)閥門必須在關(guan)閉位(wei)置。

  7、控制電源開(kai)關(guan)放在關(guan)位。

  8、手動調壓旋鈕逆(ni)時(shi)針旋動頭。

  9、報警鈕(niu)放在開(kai)位。

  10、按平面(mian)圖完成真(zhen)空甩帶(dai)爐的循(xun)環(huan)(huan)冷(leng)卻水聯接,建議用戶在設(she)備總進出水管(guan)處再(zai)接入一備用水(可用自(zi)來(lai)水),防止(zhi)循(xun)環(huan)(huan)水有故障(zhang)或斷電導(dao)致密封圈燒壞(huai)。
