  真空熔煉(lian)爐熱處(chu)理的工(gong)藝是有哪些

  真空熔煉爐是利用真(zhen)空(kong)感應(ying)熔(rong)煉法(fa),把坩(gan)(gan)堝封閉在真(zhen)空(kong)室中(zhong)(zhong),利用電磁感應(ying)產(chan)生(sheng)的渦流作為(wei)熱(re)源,在真(zhen)空(kong)或惰性氣體狀態(tai)下(xia)把合金(jin)(或是導電材料(liao))原料(liao)進(jin)行脫(tuo)氣、熔(rong)化(hua)處理,通過坩(gan)(gan)堝傾(qing)爐(lu)系統(tong)澆鑄,經過中(zhong)(zhong)間包在水冷(leng)(leng)輥上急速凝固(gu)后形成(cheng)薄片,再在水冷(leng)(leng)盤上進(jin)行慢(man)速降溫,在撥鑿的攪拌下(xia),把合金(jin)降到30℃左右,形成(cheng)大不薄厚均勻的合金(jin)薄片的一種熔(rong)煉設備(bei)。

3、檢(jian)查真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)系統,皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)盤皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)松緊,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)油(you)是否(fou)位于油(you)封觀(guan)察(cha)(cha)孔(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)線。檢(jian)查妥(tuo)后(hou)(hou),人工轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)皮(pi)(pi)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)盤,如(ru)無(wu)異常,可在(zai)關(guan)閉蝶閥的情(qing)況(kuang)下(xia),啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)。   4、檢(jian)查真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內情(qing)況(kuang),要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)內一級(ji)衛生,感應(ying)(ying)(ying)圈(quan)絕緣良好,密(mi)封真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)膠(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)具有彈(dan)性,尺寸合格(ge)。   5、檢(jian)查燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)爐(lu)(lu)的杠桿(gan)手把(ba)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)是否(fou)靈(ling)活。   6、檢(jian)查轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)式麥氏真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)計是否(fou)合乎(hu)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。   7、檢(jian)查石(shi)墨坩堝,裝爐(lu)(lu)配(pei)件(jian)是否(fou)齊全(quan)。   8、在(zai)以上準備就緒(xu)后(hou)(hou),接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)合閘(zha),按(an)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)規則(ze),試啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin),成(cheng)(cheng)功后(hou)(hou)停止(zhi)(zhi)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin),方(fang)可開(kai)(kai)爐(lu)(lu)。   9、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)爐(lu)(lu)上蓋(gai)的觀(guan)察(cha)(cha)、測溫(wen)(wen)孔(kong),每次開(kai)(kai)爐(lu)(lu)均需清潔(jie)處理(li),以便觀(guan)察(cha)(cha)和(he)(he)測溫(wen)(wen)。   10、裝爐(lu)(lu)時(shi)(shi)應(ying)(ying)(ying)根據不(bu)(bu)同燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)產(chan)品(pin),采取相應(ying)(ying)(ying)裝爐(lu)(lu)方(fang)式。按(an)有關(guan)材質裝爐(lu)(lu)規則(ze)裝盤,不(bu)(bu)得隨意更改(gai)。   11、為(wei)了保持(chi)恒溫(wen)(wen),防(fang)止(zhi)(zhi)熱(re)輻射,發(fa)熱(re)坩堝上加(jia)二層碳纖維,再罩上隔熱(re)屏(ping)。   12、墊好真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)密(mi)封膠(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)。 14、徐徐打開(kai)(kai)蝶閥,抽爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)氣(qi),***真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度達到規定值。   15、在(zai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)爐(lu)(lu)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度達到規定要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)后(hou)(hou),開(kai)(kai)始啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)變(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)(pin),調整中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)功率,按(an)有關(guan)材質的燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)規定操(cao)(cao)作(zuo);升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)冷(leng)卻(que)。 17、從爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)觀(guan)察(cha)(cha)孔(kong)觀(guan)察(cha)(cha)爐(lu)(lu)膛發(fa)黑(hei)后(hou)(hou),先關(guan)閉真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)蝶閥與斷開(kai)(kai)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,再接自來水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)繼(ji)續冷(leng)卻(que)感應(ying)(ying)(ying)圈(quan)和(he)(he)爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)(ti)(ti),朂后(hou)(hou)停水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)泵(beng)。   18、中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)750伏(fu)有觸(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)危(wei)險。在(zai)整個操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)和(he)(he)檢(jian)查過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),要(yao)(yao)注意操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)安(an)全(quan),不(bu)(bu)要(yao)(yao)用手接觸(chu)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)頻(pin)(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)柜。   19、在(zai)燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),隨時(shi)(shi)從爐(lu)(lu)體(ti)(ti)(ti)側面觀(guan)察(cha)(cha)孔(kong)觀(guan)察(cha)(cha)感應(ying)(ying)(ying)圈(quan)是否(fou)發(fa)生放弧現(xian)象,如(ru)發(fa)現(xian)異常現(xian)象,應(ying)(ying)(ying)立即報(bao)告(gao)有關(guan)人員(yuan)處理(li)。   20、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)(shao)結(jie)(jie)(jie)(jie)爐(lu)(lu)啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)蝶閥應(ying)(ying)(ying)緩慢,否(fou)則(ze)會(hui)因抽氣(qi)過(guo)(guo)急而(er)冒油(you),帶(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)(dai)來不(bu)(bu)良后(hou)(hou)果(guo)。   21、正(zheng)確使用轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)式麥氏真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)計,否(fou)則(ze)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)讀數誤差或因操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)過(guo)(guo)急而(er)使水(shui)(shui)(shui)(shui)銀溢出(chu)造(zao)成(cheng)(cheng)公害。
