  1.檢查真空燒結爐的真空泵電源系統(tong),皮(pi)帶盤皮(pi)帶松緊,真空泵油是否位于(yu)油封觀察孔中線。檢查妥后,人工轉動真空泵皮(pi)帶盤,如無(wu)異常,可在(zai)關閉蝶閥的情況(kuang)下,啟動真空泵。

  2.在檢查真(zhen)空(kong)爐體(ti)內情況時(shi),要求真(zhen)空(kong)燒結爐體(ti)內上(shang)等衛(wei)生,感應圈絕緣良(liang)好,密(mi)封真(zhen)空(kong)膠帶具有彈性,尺寸合(he)格。

  3.接著檢查杠桿手把啟動(dong)是(shi)(shi)否靈活。轉動(dong)式麥(mai)氏真(zhen)空計是(shi)(shi)否合乎要(yao)求。石墨坩(gan)堝,裝(zhuang)爐配(pei)件是(shi)(shi)否齊(qi)全。

  7.為了保持恒溫,防(fang)止(zhi)熱(re)輻射(she),發熱(re)坩堝上(shang)加二層碳纖(xian)維(wei),再罩上(shang)隔熱(re)屏。墊(dian)好真空(kong)密封膠帶。

  8.凡(fan)在真空(kong)條件下,容(rong)易揮(hui)發影響(xiang)真空(kong)衛生(sheng),造(zao)成真空(kong)甩(shuai)帶爐管(guan)道堵(du)塞(sai)、真空(kong)泵臟化的(de)工件或容(rong)器,不(bu)(bu)得入(ru)爐。產品加有成型劑(如(ru)油或石蠟),必須脫掉方可入(ru)爐燒結(jie),否則會造(zao)成不(bu)(bu)佳后(hou)果(guo)。
