  真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)罐(guan)是(shi)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熔煉爐的關鍵性(xing)部件。由于真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)罐(guan)須在高溫(wen)和一個大氣壓的外壓條件下工作,所以,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)罐(guan)的材料應具備良(liang)好(hao)(hao)的熱(re)穩定性(xing)和耐氧化(hua)性(xing),間接性(xing)能要好(hao)(hao),焊縫不易產生氣孔、開(kai)裂,保證高溫(wen)氣密(mi)性(xing)。材料成分中的元素(su)蒸氣壓要低,防止(zhi)合金元素(su)在高溫(wen)、高真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)下揮(hui)發。

  1.鐘罩式結構

  這種(zhong)結構的真空(kong)熔煉爐在爐底(di)上,整個(ge)爐底(di)和真空(kong)罐(guan)可以借助于電(dian)動或液壓傳動升(sheng)降(jiang),以完成(cheng)(cheng)裝出(chu)料(liao)操作并(bing)能縮短冷卻時(shi)間。也可以采(cai)(cai)取真空(kong)罐(guan)和爐底(di)固定不動,罩(zhao)式爐體升(sheng)降(jiang)的方(fang)法來完成(cheng)(cheng)進出(chu)料(liao)操作等,但是(shi)爐體升(sheng)降(jiang)較(jiao)為(wei)復雜(za)。采(cai)(cai)用哪(na)一種(zhong)方(fang)法,要根據現場實際情況而定。

  2.雙真空結構

  這種結構(gou)不(bu)僅真(zhen)空(kong)甩帶爐罐(guan)內部被抽(chou)成真(zhen)空(kong),而且真(zhen)空(kong)罐(guan)外部的爐體部分也被抽(chou)成真(zhen)空(kong)。這樣,就可以減少真(zhen)空(kong)鑲承受的壓(ya)力,避免真(zhen)空(kong)罐(guan)外壁氧化和變形(xing),延長了真(zhen)空(kong)罐(guan)的使用壽命。
