  真空熔煉爐廣泛應用于硬(ying)質合金、功能陶(tao)瓷、粉末冶金等(deng)在(zai)高(gao)溫、高(gao)真空條件下進行(xing)熱壓燒(shao)結(jie)(jie)處理,也可在(zai)充(chong)氣(qi)保(bao)護情況下熱壓成形燒(shao)結(jie)(jie)。下面就一(yi)起了解(jie)下結(jie)(jie)構(gou)說明:

  1、真空熔煉爐為(wei)立式結構,采用雙層(ceng)水夾層(ceng)結構,內、外壁及法蘭(lan)均(jun)為(wei)304不銹鋼。爐體(ti)分為(wei)兩部分,其中三分之一為(wei)爐蓋(gai)可(ke)手動(dong)完全側開門,三分之二部分為(wei)固(gu)定(ding)爐體(ti),設(she)計(ji)獨特,便于(yu)操作。

  2、它的真空(kong)系統(tong)由油擴散泵(beng)、羅茨(ci)泵(beng)、機械泵(beng)配(pei)電磁壓差閥(防止因突然停電、機械泵(beng)油倒灌)充氣(qi)閥、放氣(qi)閥、真空(kong)蝶閥、真空(kong)壓力(li)表(±Pa)波紋管、真空(kong)管路和支(zhi)架等組成。

  3、液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)系統是(shi)采用電動(dong)(dong)輸(shu)入(ru)方式。由液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)站配有進(jin)口比例閥、壓(ya)(ya)力傳感(gan)器(qi)、位移顯示(shi)器(qi)采用光柵(zha)尺(測(ce)距精度0.02mm)、液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)缸等相關液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)裝置,壓(ya)(ya)力調節半自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)化、可(ke)通過(guo)手動(dong)(dong)調節。儀表可(ke)設定自(zi)(zi)動(dong)(dong)調節壓(ya)(ya)力,并能實(shi)現穩壓(ya)(ya)、保壓(ya)(ya)。

  4、真(zhen)空(kong)熔煉爐水(shui)冷(leng)系統是由各(ge)種閥管(guan)道(dao)相關裝置組(zu)成且設(she)有斷(duan)水(shui)聲光報警自動(dong)切斷(duan)加熱源或功能。

  5、真空熔煉爐的溫控(kong)系(xi)統(tong)采用可控(kong)硅控(kong)溫,配(pei)置有PID功能(neng)儀(yi)表,數(shu)顯表,具有超溫聲光(guang)報警功能(neng),也可選用PLC觸摸屏自動控(kong)制,并保留歷史數(shu)據,便于分析燒結過(guo)程。
