  真空熔煉爐即在爐(lu)腔這一特定空間(jian)內利(li)用真(zhen)空系統(由(you)真(zhen)空泵、真(zhen)空測量裝(zhuang)置、真(zhen)空閥(fa)門等元件經(jing)過精心組裝(zhuang)而成)將(jiang)爐(lu)腔內部分物(wu)質排出,使爐(lu)腔內壓強小(xiao)于一個標準大氣壓,爐(lu)腔內空間(jian)從而實(shi)現(xian)真(zhen)空狀態(tai),這就(jiu)是(shi)真(zhen)空爐(lu)。

  真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)環境中進(jin)行加(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)設備(bei)。在(zai)金屬(shu)罩殼(ke)或石英玻(bo)璃罩密封的(de)(de)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)膛中用(yong)(yong)(yong)管道與高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵系統聯接。真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熔煉爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)膛真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)度可達(da)133×(10-2~10-4)Pa。爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)內加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系統可直接用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)阻(zu)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)絲(如鎢絲)通(tong)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re),也可用(yong)(yong)(yong)高(gao)頻(pin)感應(ying)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)。zui高(gao)溫度可達(da)3000℃左右。主要用(yong)(yong)(yong)于陶(tao)瓷燒成、真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)冶煉、電(dian)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)零件除(chu)氣、退火、金屬(shu)件的(de)(de)釬(han)焊,以及陶(tao)瓷金屬(shu)封接等。

  1、完全(quan)消除了加熱過程中工(gong)件表(biao)面的(de)氧化、脫碳,可獲得無變(bian)質層的(de)清潔表(biao)面。這對于那些在(zai)刃磨(mo)(mo)時(shi)僅磨(mo)(mo)一面的(de)刀具(如麻花鉆(zhan)磨(mo)(mo)削(xue)(xue)后使(shi)溝槽表(biao)面的(de)脫碳層直接(jie)暴露于刃口)切削(xue)(xue)性能的(de)改善關系極大。

  2、對環境(jing)無污(wu)染,不需進行(xing)三廢處理。

  3、真空熔(rong)煉爐爐溫測定、監控(kong)精度明顯(xian)提高。熱(re)電偶的指示(shi)值與爐溫溫度達到(dao)±1.5°c。但爐內大批工件(jian)不同部位的溫差較大,若采用(yong)稀薄氣體(ti)強制循環,仍可(ke)控(kong)制在(zai)±5°c溫差范圍內。

  4、機電(dian)一體化程(cheng)(cheng)度(du)高。在溫度(du)測(ce)控精(jing)度(du)提(ti)高的(de)基礎上,工件移動、氣壓調(diao)節(jie)、功率調(diao)節(jie)等(deng)均可預先編程(cheng)(cheng)設定(ding),按步驟實施淬(cui)火和(he)回火。

  5、能耗低。真空燒結爐加熱室采用上(shang)等(deng)隔(ge)熱材料制成的隔(ge)熱墻和屏(ping)障,可將電熱能量高度集(ji)中于加熱室內,節能效(xiao)果顯著。
