  八佳電氣生產的真空甩帶爐采用的是臥式爐體,側部(bu)開門結(jie)構,進(jin)出(chu)料方便,爐體結(jie)構緊湊,占地空間較小,采用高頻電(dian)源加熱,主要供大專院校及科(ke)研單位等在(zai)真空或保護(hu)氣氛條件下對金屬材料(如不銹鋼(gang)、鎳基(ji)合(he)金、銅、合(he)金鋼(gang)、鎳鈷合(he)金、稀土(tu)釹(nv)鐵錋等)的熔煉(lian)澆鑄(zhu)處理。雖然,看起來并不大,但其結(jie)構也是相(xiang)對復雜的,主要有真空腔(qiang)體、熔煉(lian)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、噴鑄(zhu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、甩帶裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、壓鑄(zhu)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、模(mo)具預熱系統、抽真空系統、爐體支架、電(dian)氣控(kong)制(zhi)系統及水(shui)冷卻系統組成。

真空甩帶爐組成介紹

  1、真(zhen)空(kong)腔體:由(you)爐體、爐蓋和爐底組成(cheng)(cheng);爐體由(you)不銹鋼(gang)法蘭和內(nei)外(wai)筒體組焊而成(cheng)(cheng),內(nei)壁鏡面(mian)拋光,爐體上開(kai)設(she)有壓鑄(zhu)接(jie)口(kou)、噴鑄(zhu)接(jie)口(kou)、旋(xuan)轉電極(ji)接(jie)口(kou)、甩帶收(shou)集管(guan)、紅(hong)外(wai)測溫接(jie)口(kou)、模具預熱電源電極(ji)引入接(jie)口(kou);真(zhen)空(kong)甩帶爐的爐蓋由(you)整體實心(xin)加(jia)工而成(cheng)(cheng),上面(mian)開(kai)設(she)有大直徑觀(guan)察窗,可直觀(guan)的觀(guan)測到爐內(nei)的各種實驗情況;爐底也是由(you)整體實心(xin)加(jia)工而成(cheng)(cheng),固定有甩帶裝置。整體外(wai)觀(guan)啞光處(chu)理,整潔大方。

  2、熔煉裝置(zhi):由超音頻電源、水(shui)冷電纜、旋(xuan)轉電極、線(xian)圈(quan)、保溫(wen)套和坩堝組(zu)成,通過更換線(xian)圈(quan)、保溫(wen)套和坩堝實現不同容量(liang)。真空(kong)甩(shuai)帶爐(lu)的高溫(wen)溫(wen)度可加熱(re)至1700℃。(容量(liang)按照50g,200g,500g,1000g來配(pei)),熔煉完(wan)成后(hou)可通過手動傾倒到模具內。

  3、噴鑄(zhu)裝置:由(you)氣(qi)缸、石英(ying)管(guan)、時(shi)間繼電器(qi)、氣(qi)源恒定裝置等組成(cheng),可(ke)實(shi)現小容量(liang)溶液的噴帶和(he)噴鑄(zhu)。(噴鑄(zhu)配石英(ying)管(guan),容量(liang)50g)

  4、甩帶裝(zhuang)置:真空甩帶爐的(de)甩帶裝(zhuang)置由(you)噴鑄裝(zhuang)置、高(gao)速(su)(su)(su)調(diao)速(su)(su)(su)電機(ji)、磁流體密封(feng)裝(zhuang)置和銅棍(gun)等組成,可(ke)通過調(diao)節電機(ji)速(su)(su)(su)度,實(shi)現不同銅棍(gun)線速(su)(su)(su)度。

  5、壓(ya)鑄(zhu)(zhu)裝(zhuang)置:由(you)特殊加壓(ya)裝(zhuang)置、壓(ya)架、底(di)(di)(di)座、壓(ya)頭(tou)和母(mu)模等組成,當溶(rong)液澆鑄(zhu)(zhu)或者噴鑄(zhu)(zhu)到母(mu)模內,啟動加壓(ya)裝(zhuang)置對(dui)工件(jian)加壓(ya),提高(gao)其致密性。壓(ya)鑄(zhu)(zhu)底(di)(di)(di)部(bu)壓(ya)頭(tou)有定位槽(cao),保證上(shang)下(xia)壓(ya)頭(tou)同心度(du);底(di)(di)(di)部(bu)壓(ya)頭(tou)可調節高(gao)度(du);整(zheng)套壓(ya)力架支(zhi)撐在地上(shang)。相對(dui)人性化的設計是(shi)在爐體(ti)底(di)(di)(di)部(bu)有防(fang)漏(lou)盤,防(fang)止熔液損壞(huai)真空(kong)腔體(ti)。

  6、模具(ju)預熱系統:為(wei)防止澆鑄(zhu)到母模內的溶(rong)液冷卻過快(kuai),特(te)在母模外(wai)部(bu)加裝感應線(xian)圈預熱,由一(yi)臺7.5Kw IGBT超(chao)音頻電源(yuan)、水(shui)(shui)冷銅(tong)接(jie)頭和線(xian)圈等(deng)組成,如(ru)果不用(yong)預熱,也(ye)可取下感應線(xian)圈,用(yong)悶頭密封(feng)。預留有兩路(lu)進(jin)出水(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)流量(liang)(liang)可通過流量(liang)(liang)計來控制(專門用(yong)于水(shui)(shui)冷銅(tong)模)。

  7、抽真(zhen)空系統:至于抽真(zhen)空部分是由一臺擴(kuo)散泵、一臺雙極(ji)(ji)直聯(lian)泵、三臺氣動擋板(ban)閥、真(zhen)空管路和真(zhen)空計等組(zu)成,冷態極(ji)(ji)限真(zhen)空度優于6.67×10E-3Pa。

  8、爐體支(zhi)架:真空甩帶(dai)爐爐體支(zhi)架由型材(cai)和鋼板(ban)拼裝而成,門板(ban)全部采用數控加工(gong),尺寸(cun)精度(du)高,外表噴塑處理,整體布(bu)局合理,顏色搭(da)配美觀。和電控柜采用一體結構(gou)。

  9、電(dian)氣(qi)控制系統:各種電(dian)氣(qi)元器件采(cai)用國際知名品(pin)牌,按照行業標(biao)準制作而成。面板采(cai)用模擬屏(ping),可直觀(guan)控制設(she)備的各部件,并(bing)有水欠壓、斷水聲光報(bao)警并(bing)自動切斷加熱功能(neng)。
