(一(yi))熱偶真空(kong)計

(三)復合(he)真空計
真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)熔煉爐廠家(jia)表示,通(tong)常,對(dui)低(di)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)和高真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)的(de)測量不能用(yong)(yong)一種真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)計來完成,而應采(cai)用(yong)(yong)復(fu)合(he)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)計,應用(yong)(yong)較多(duo)的(de)是電離與(yu)熱偶式(shi)復(fu)合(he)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)計。它的(de)測量范(fan)圍為(wei)13.33--666.6×10-8Pa。熱偶真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)計測量(10-1--10-3)×133.32Pa的(de)低(di)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong);電離真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)計測量133.32×10-3--666.6×10-8Pa的(de)高真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)。復(fu)合(he)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)計附有一個熱偶規管、一個電離規管,分別接在真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)系統(tong)上,通(tong)過(guo)旋鈕可分別給兩個規管加熱,并(bing)選擇(ze)使用(yong)(yong)。
