真空燒結爐的應急措施有哪些

  真空燒結爐冷卻水異常

  1、確認加熱電(dian)源已停止。

  2、真(zhen)空燒結爐爐外發生漏水,冷卻水量異常(chang)時(shi),應(ying)盡快采取(qu)應(ying)急措施,如能保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)水量,請(qing)繼續保(bao)(bao)持(chi)真(zhen)空,如不能采取(qu)應(ying)急措施,保(bao)(bao)持(chi)原狀,確認設備冷卻下來。

  3、冷卻水(shui)發生異常時,設(she)備處于停(ting)止狀態,馬上接通緊急用冷卻水(shui)。

  4、在高溫(超過200℃即視為高溫)時(shi),如果冷(leng)(leng)卻水停(ting)止了(le),如果不(bu)能(neng)緊急送水,水冷(leng)(leng)電極、真(zhen)空燒結爐的換熱(re)器、真(zhen)空室殼體及(ji)各泵可能(neng)被損壞。

  爐(lu)子運行中遇(yu)到停電

  1、停(ting)電時,如果斷水(shui),應立即接通(tong)備用的冷卻水(shui),接通(tong)水(shui)源。

  2、如果在非升溫、加(jia)熱(re)和冷卻時(shi),能(neng)夠盡快恢(hui)復時(shi),重新(xin)啟動設備,繼續運轉如需要(yao)較長時(shi)間,則將真空燒結爐保持原(yuan)狀(zhuang)。

  3、如果正在加(jia)熱和(he)冷卻時(shi),能夠盡快恢(hui)復時(shi),重(zhong)新啟動設備(bei)(bei),如果需要(yao)較(jiao)長時(shi)間時(shi),則保(bao)持真(zhen)真(zhen)空燒結爐原狀,讓(rang)設備(bei)(bei)自然冷卻下來(lai)。
