  爐(lu)(lu)子*次(ci)使用時,一定要先對真空燒(shao)結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)進行烘爐(lu)(lu),先用120攝(she)氏度(du)的(de)溫度(du),烘烤(kao)一小時,然后(hou)用300攝(she)氏度(du)烘烤(kao)兩小時,烘爐(lu)(lu)過(guo)后(hou)才能(neng)使用爐(lu)(lu)子。

  要定期檢查攪拌風(feng)機(ji)軸承(cheng)冷卻(que)套、水(shui)冷管路系統是不(bu)是正(zheng)常。真空燒結爐(lu)傳(chuan)動(dong)皮帶,因(yin)為(wei)(wei)調(diao)節螺栓調(diao)整張力,會(hui)因(yin)為(wei)(wei)高(gao)溫蠕(ru)變而伸長,所以(yi)需要每月(yue)檢查一次。
