  真空(kong)甩帶爐中真空(kong)泵的(de)維護和注意事(shi)項的(de)了解

  真空甩帶爐中真空泵(beng)(beng)的清洗(xi):泵(beng)(beng)油(you)隨著爐(lu)中真空泵(beng)(beng)的運轉惡劣,因而需要通過油(you)視窗查明的污濁程度及粘度情況,并(bing)及時替換真爐(lu)中泵(beng)(beng)油(you)。周期(qi):每(mei)六個(ge)月換油(you)清洗(xi)一次。

  泵油替換步驟如(ru)下:

  1、打(da)開泵的吸(xi)氣(qi)管(guan),5秒后(hou)使(shi)其開始運行。真空甩帶爐中泵內剩(sheng)下(xia)的泵油容易被排除。

  2、先拆下(xia)排氣管,再打(da)開放油閥,然后倒出泵油。

  3、關閉排油閥,把(ba)新的真空泵(beng)油從加油口注入。

  4、如(ru)果真空甩帶爐中(zhong)泵油(you)的污染非常嚴(yan)重,必須(xu)添加些新泵油(you),通過(guo)幾分鐘運轉使其得到清洗,假如(ru)一遍清洗不(bu)到位,必須(xu)反復多清洗幾遍。

  5、換上新泵油后,讓爐(lu)中泵開機運(yun)行,等爐(lu)的溫度升高(gao)以后在(zai)確認真空及限壓力。

  6、檢修過程需清洗(xi)過濾網。

  真(zhen)空甩帶(dai)爐中(zhong)真(zhen)空泵在運(yun)行過程(cheng)中(zhong)的注意(yi)事項:

  A、真(zhen)空(kong)泵在(zai)爐中(zhong)長(chang)時間運轉中(zhong)產生高(gao)溫(40度-80度)。因此爐子在(zai)操作或剛停止(zhi)運行后,在(zai)電(dian)機和泵體冷卻到正常溫度以前,不能觸(chu)摸(mo)表面。

  E、維護保養爐(lu)中(zhong)設備(bei)所使用的布(bu)條碎布(bu)等(deng)集中(zhong)放置到規定的堆放地(di)點,防(fang)止雜物進入泵內(nei)。

  B、工作時發生(sheng)緊急情(qing)況,立即(ji)關閉總(zong)電源后保修解決。

  D、非維修人員嚴禁拆卸爐(lu)中真空(kong)泵零(ling)部(bu)件。

  C、真(zhen)空甩(shuai)帶(dai)爐中設備(bei)若異常(chang)應立(li)即停止運行,禁止強灌,持(chi)續帶(dai)病工作。
