  使用真空燒(shao)結爐時有這幾點需(xu)特別注意

  真空燒結爐是用(yong)石墨作發(fa)熱元件的立式真(zhen)空(kong)電阻爐,外有框架式雙立柱支撐體。下有液壓油缸升降為壓力源,可供金屬(shu)化(hua)合物(wu)、陶瓷(ci)、無(wu)機化(hua)合物(wu)、納米材料等在真(zhen)空(kong)或(huo)保護氣氛中加熱壓制(zhi)產品。

  使用真空燒結爐時(shi)如(ru)下幾點需特別注意:

  1、由于模(mo)具(ju)一(yi)般由用戶自(zi)備,模(mo)具(ju)材(cai)料(liao)基(ji)本上選用高純石墨,其耐壓極限為40MPa,建(jian)議用戶使(shi)用在30MPa以下(xia)比較安全,加(jia)壓前應計(ji)算模(mo)具(ju)上、下(xia)沖頭的(de)面積,再換算成壓力,具(ju)體公(gong)式如(ru)下(xia):

  系統允許加壓(噸)=上或下(xia)沖頭(tou)面積×30MPa

  2、熱(re)電偶為鎢錸型,使用過會發脆,不(bu)能接觸。如損壞應及(ji)時更換。其型號是W2型。

  3、冬天應(ying)注意循環(huan)水的保暖問題(ti),否則易發(fa)生水管爆裂。

  4、使用后(hou),真(zhen)空(kong)燒結爐(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)體應保(bao)持真(zhen)空(kong),因爐(lu)(lu)內保(bao)溫層易受潮,保(bao)真(zhen)空(kong)這樣下(xia)次抽真(zhen)空(kong)會(hui)快些。

  5、因設備較復(fu)雜,建議專人使(shi)用,專人負責,對新手嚴格實行用前培訓,用后檢查,操(cao)作(zuo)使(shi)用要(yao)有記錄等設備使(shi)用規定。

  6、用于燒(shao)結爐時注意,在爐內放置坩堝后,在蓋(gai)上保溫屏(ping)蓋(gai)后不(bu)要(yao)忘記(ji)再(zai)蓋(gai)其中間的小蓋(gai)。否則易燒(shao)損(sun)電爐。

  7、操(cao)作前應(ying)做到清(qing)潔(jie)觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察(cha)(cha)窗(chuang)玻璃,清(qing)潔(jie)爐內壁(bi),觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察(cha)(cha)水壓情況(kuang),觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察(cha)(cha)爐內石墨是否有損壞(huai),上電后觀(guan)(guan)(guan)察(cha)(cha)儀(yi)表(biao)顯(xian)示是否正常,測試液壓系(xi)統能否正常工作。

  8、真空燒(shao)結爐使(shi)用一年后應將(jiang)儀表(biao)后送計量部(bu)門(men)進行校(xiao)對。
