真空速凝爐

  一、壓(ya)縮(suo)空氣的(de)停止(zhi)

  1、壓(ya)縮空氣異常報警時,真空速(su)凝爐處于停(ting)止狀態,應盡快到備(bei)用的壓(ya)縮機(ji)房,讓(rang)其恢復工(gong)作。

  2、真空中如(ru)壓縮空氣異(yi)常報警,且恢復需要較長時(shi)間時(shi),則終止真空,讓設備停下來。

  二、停電

  1、停電(dian)時(shi),如果斷水(shui),應立即接通備(bei)用的冷(leng)卻水(shui),接通水(shui)源。

  2、如果(guo)在非(fei)升溫、加熱(re)和冷(leng)卻時,能(neng)夠盡(jin)快恢復時,重新啟動真空速凝(ning)爐,繼(ji)續運轉如需要較(jiao)長時間,則將設備保持原(yuan)狀。

  3、如(ru)果正在加熱和冷(leng)卻時(shi)(shi),能(neng)夠盡快(kuai)恢復時(shi)(shi),重新啟動設備(bei),如(ru)果需(xu)要較長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間時(shi)(shi),則保(bao)持原狀,讓設備(bei)自然冷(leng)卻下來。

  三、加熱電(dian)源掉電(dian)

  1、水壓低(di),當水壓低(di)于0.15MPa,真空速凝(ning)爐(lu)的(de)壓力(li)表會報警。

  2、接地故障。

  3、真空放(fang)電(dian),水冷電(dian)極接頭與(yu)加(jia)熱(re)器連(lian)接處必須連(lian)接牢固,與(yu)反(fan)射屏絕緣要好。

  4、若真空(kong)速凝爐爐內壓力為(wei)(wei)13.3-66.5Pa時(shi)(此真空(kong)度容(rong)易發生放電(dian))。電(dian)源出現故(gu)障,掉電(dian)的(de)原因可(ke)以認為(wei)(wei)由于電(dian)介(jie)質擊穿而引起(qi)的(de)放電(dian)。
