  對真空燒結爐進行維修(xiu)后,要(yao)進行烘爐(lu),這一操作分(fen)三個階段:

  1、水(shui)分(fen)排出期O~200℃,是真空(kong)(kong)爐保溫(wen)層中(zhong)的(de)水(shui)分(fen)和真空(kong)(kong)燒結爐體中(zhong)潮氣的(de)排出期,必須(xu)檢查真空(kong)(kong)爐真空(kong)(kong)度,同(tong)時保溫(wen)時間較長。
