  真空熔(rong)煉爐的煉鋼(gang)工藝(yi)

  真空熔煉(lian)爐以(yi)(yi)電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)為主要能(neng)(neng)(neng)源(yuan)。電(dian)能(neng)(neng)(neng)通過石墨電(dian)極與爐料放電(dian)拉弧(hu),產生高(gao)達2000~6000℃以(yi)(yi)上的(de)高(gao)溫(wen),以(yi)(yi)電(dian)弧(hu)輻射(she)、溫(wen)度(du)對流(liu)和熱(re)傳導的(de)方式將廢鋼原料熔化(hua)。在(zai)爐料熔化(hua)時的(de)大部分(fen)時間里,高(gao)溫(wen)熱(re)源(yuan)被爐料所包(bao)圍,高(gao)溫(wen)廢氣(qi)造(zao)成的(de)熱(re)損失相對較少,因此熱(re)效(xiao)率(lv)高(gao)于轉爐等(deng)其他煉(lian)鋼設備。此外,電(dian)加熱(re)容易精確地控制爐溫(wen),可以(yi)(yi)根據工藝要求在(zai)氧化(hua)氣(qi)氛(fen)或還原氣(qi)氛(fen)、常(chang)壓(ya)或真空等(deng)任(ren)何條(tiao)件下進行加熱(re)操作。

  真(zhen)空熔煉(lian)(lian)(lian)爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鋼工藝流程短,設備簡單,操作(zuo)方便,比較易于(yu)控制(zhi)污染,建設投資(zi)少(shao),占地面積小,不需(xu)要像轉爐(lu)煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鋼那樣須依(yi)托于(yu)龐雜的煉(lian)(lian)(lian)鐵系統。

  同時,真空熔煉爐(lu)煉鋼(gang)(gang)對爐(lu)料的適應性強,它以(yi)廢鋼(gang)(gang)為主要原料,但同時也能(neng)使用(yong)鐵(tie)水(高爐(lu)或化(hua)鐵(tie)爐(lu)鐵(tie)水)、海(hai)綿鐵(tie)(DRI)或熱壓(ya)塊(kuai)(HBI)、生鐵(tie)塊(kuai)等固態(tai)(tai)和液態(tai)(tai)含(han)鐵(tie)原料。
