一臺漏率合格的真空燒結爐,先需(xu)(xu)要(yao)保(bao)證(zheng)爐體內的(de)高真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong),但作為一個系統,與(yu)爐體相(xiang)連的(de)各部(bu)分也都(dou)必(bi)須無(wu)泄漏(lou)點(dian)才(cai)能保(bao)證(zheng)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)的(de)保(bao)持(chi)。因此(ci),在(zai)(zai)判定(ding)設備的(de)漏(lou)點(dian)時(shi)需(xu)(xu)先從真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)系統分析(xi)其可(ke)能存在(zai)(zai)的(de)漏(lou)點(dian),常見位置(zhi)包括:

1、機械泵、羅茨泵、擴散泵等真空泵組泄漏(lou);
2、冷凝器內(nei)毛細管及毛細管與法蘭連(lian)接處泄漏;
3、真(zhen)空管道與彎(wan)頭(tou)連接處及管道之前(qian)焊接處泄漏;
4、真空(kong)閥門本(ben)身及其與管道連接處泄漏。

真(zhen)空燒結爐檢(jian)漏(lou)的方(fang)法(fa)很多,根據被(bei)檢(jian)設備所處的狀態可分為(wei)氣泡(pao)檢(jian)漏(lou)法(fa)、升壓(ya)檢(jian)漏(lou)法(fa)和(he)氦質譜檢(jian)漏(lou)法(fa)三種。
1、氣泡檢漏法
氣(qi)泡(pao)檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)法是將空(kong)氣(qi)壓(ya)入(ru)(ru)被(bei)檢(jian)(jian)部件,然后將其(qi)浸入(ru)(ru)水中或對其(qi)可(ke)(ke)疑表面(mian)涂(tu)上(shang)(shang)肥(fei)皂(zao)液,如果(guo)(guo)被(bei)檢(jian)(jian)部件上(shang)(shang)有(you)漏(lou)孔,肥(fei)皂(zao)液就(jiu)會鼓起氣(qi)泡(pao),通過觀察氣(qi)泡(pao)可(ke)(ke)以判斷漏(lou)孔的(de)(de)存在和(he)位置。這種檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)方(fang)法主要用于被(bei)檢(jian)(jian)真空(kong)爐的(de)(de)連接處采用法蘭螺栓(shuan)連接等(deng)可(ke)(ke)以承受正壓(ya)的(de)(de)場合(he),可(ke)(ke)用于小型燒結爐或真空(kong)管路的(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)。如果(guo)(guo)燒結爐由(you)于結構復雜(za)、體積較大、結合(he)面(mian)較多,通常在檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)初(chu)期采用氣(qi)泡(pao)檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)法,該方(fang)法經濟實用,能(neng)取得較好的(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)。
2、升壓檢漏法
升壓(ya)檢(jian)漏(lou)(lou)法是當被(bei)檢(jian)容(rong)器(qi)內真空度達到(dao)100Pa以下時(shi),在懷疑有(you)泄漏(lou)(lou)的(de)地(di)方涂抹丙酮(tong)(tong)等易揮發液(ye)體,如果(guo)有(you)漏(lou)(lou)孔(kong),丙酮(tong)(tong)氣體就(jiu)會通(tong)過(guo)漏(lou)(lou)孔(kong)進(jin)入被(bei)檢(jian)容(rong)器(qi)內部,可(ke)從(cong)真空監(jian)測儀表上顯示(shi)壓(ya)力是否突(tu)然有(you)明顯的(de)升高來判斷(duan)該設備是否有(you)泄漏(lou)(lou),并且(qie)判定(ding)漏(lou)(lou)孔(kong)的(de)存在、位置(zhi)。在真空燒(shao)結爐(lu)檢(jian)漏(lou)(lou)中期,即氣泡檢(jian)漏(lou)(lou)法不能完全找到(dao)設備漏(lou)(lou)點(dian)時(shi),采用升壓(ya)檢(jian)漏(lou)(lou)法可(ke)進(jin)一步(bu)檢(jian)測出設備的(de)漏(lou)(lou)點(dian),效果(guo)良好。
3、氦質譜檢漏法
氦質譜檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)是(shi)(shi)一種(zhong)常見也是(shi)(shi)更(geng)可靠的(de)(de)(de)(de)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)爐檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)方法,它是(shi)(shi)利用(yong)氦質譜檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)儀(yi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)偏轉原(yuan)理,對于泄漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)氣(qi)(qi)體氦氣(qi)(qi)反應靈敏,從而確定漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)點的(de)(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)方式。這種(zhong)檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)方法充(chong)分(fen)利用(yong)了氦氣(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)強滲透(tou)、易(yi)流(liu)動、易(yi)擴(kuo)散(san)等(deng)性能(neng),檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)過程不(bu)易(yi)受干擾,不(bu)會誤判,反應快。在真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結爐檢(jian)(jian)測時(shi),首(shou)先(xian)給管路充(chong)氣(qi)(qi),把檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)儀(yi)按(an)照要求接好,檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)儀(yi)監(jian)測點盡量接在前級真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)管路上;其(qi)次是(shi)(shi)考慮(lv)檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)點的(de)(de)(de)(de)檢(jian)(jian)漏(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)(lou)順序,一般(ban)來說,經常活動的(de)(de)(de)(de)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)部(bu)分(fen)是(shi)(shi)優先(xian)考慮(lv)的(de)(de)(de)(de),比如(ru)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)室門的(de)(de)(de)(de)密封圈(quan)等(deng),然后(hou)考慮(lv)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)靜態接觸點,如(ru)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)規處(chu)、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)管路的(de)(de)(de)(de)外(wai)接法蘭處(chu)等(deng),之(zhi)后(hou)是(shi)(shi)氣(qi)(qi)路系(xi)統(tong)和水(shui)路系(xi)統(tong)。
