  真空燒結爐的溫(wen)(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制系統采用控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)精(jing)度為百分(fen)之零點一的智能化溫(wen)(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制儀表,按產品(pin)工藝(yi)曲(qu)線編制計算機控(kong)(kong)制程序(xu)控(kong)(kong)制爐的升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、降溫(wen)(wen)過程、溫(wen)(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制儀表的運行,停止由PC機自動控(kong)(kong)制,實現工藝(yi)曲(qu)線溫(wen)(wen)度控(kong)(kong)制的技(ji)術要(yao)求(qiu)。

  溫度控(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)可設(she)定,存(cun)貯(zhu)多條控(kong)溫曲(qu)線,每條曲(qu)線可分為(wei)多段(duan)控(kong)制,真空燒(shao)結爐(lu)的每條溫控(kong)曲(qu)線均具有任選的PID參數,自調(diao)諧(xie)功能,以保證升溫無(wu)超調(diao),系統(tong)(tong)可適合多種分度號(hao)熱電偶和預先設(she)定升溫保溫曲(qu)線。

  溫(wen)控儀輸出4-20mA的(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)給觸(chu)發(fa)單元,真(zhen)空燒結爐(lu)的(de)觸(chu)發(fa)單元把電(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)變為電(dian)(dian)壓信(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao),其(qi)輸出控制(zhi)勵磁回(hui)路的(de)直流(liu)電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)流(liu),從(cong)而控制(zhi)了磁調的(de)電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)流(liu),保證真(zhen)空燒結爐(lu)按設定的(de)曲線加熱和保溫(wen)。
