  在正(zheng)常(chang)工作時,真空燒結爐突然出現停電(dian)(dian)(dian)故障(zhang),應立即打開電(dian)(dian)(dian)源控制柜,確認是外(wai)部(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)故障(zhang),還是設(she)備內(nei)部(bu)(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源故障(zhang)。如果(guo)是外(wai)部(bu)(bu)停電(dian)(dian)(dian)故障(zhang),應立即關閉總(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源開關,并取下進口和出口傳送(song)帶上的硅片。

  在正(zheng)常工(gong)(gong)作時,真(zhen)空燒結(jie)爐突然無冷卻水,設(she)備會自動停止(zhi)運轉(zhuan),同時警報(bao)被觸發。此時應取(qu)下(xia)(xia)進(jin)口、出口傳送帶(dai)上的硅片(pian)。在設(she)備PC上,下(xia)(xia)載(zai)冷卻工(gong)(gong)藝。清潔完(wan)傳送帶(dai)后,設(she)備無法開啟,可以按下(xia)(xia)進(jin)口和出口處(chu)的緊急停止(zhi)開關。
