　　在(zai)正式(shi)投運熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電解爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)前，烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)干(gan)(gan)是至(zhi)關(guan)重(zhong)要(yao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)個環節。常溫(wen)-350℃時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)中低溫(wen)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)可將材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)游離水(shui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)充分(fen)排(pai)出，材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)形成(cheng)化學結合(he)，達(da)到初(chu)期固化。今天小編就(jiu)介紹下使用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電解爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)前的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)些(xie)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)條(tiao)件(jian)。 　　烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電解爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)具備的(de)(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件(jian) 　　1.熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)所有(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)襯里材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)砌筑完(wan)畢，模(mo)具模(mo)板扯除完(wan)畢，內部衛(wei)生清理干(gan)(gan)凈,并自然養護7天以(yi)上(shang)。 　　2.各(ge)種附件(jian)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)孔或預留(liu)孔進行封(feng)(feng)堵(du)或臨時(shi)性封(feng)(feng)堵(du)。爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)排(pai)下門孔關(guan)閉(bi)。爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)下風(feng)道封(feng)(feng)閉(bi)，給風(feng)系統風(feng)閥關(guan)閉(bi)。 　　3.烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)使用(yong)燃料(liao)(liao)為0#輕柴油，單臺熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)用(yong)油量(liang)大約(yue)5噸，12臺約(yue)60噸。 　　4.由(you)乙(yi)方(fang)(fang)自備儲油設備、供油系統、給油泵及管(guan)線等臨時(shi)設施及耗材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)、并負(fu)責安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)和(he)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。 　　5.烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壓縮空氣，供氣母管(guan)接(jie)至(zhi)窯爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)附近，滿(man)足5m3/min使用(yong)，壓縮空氣壓力0.6-0.8Mpa。母管(guan)以(yi)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)及安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)由(you)乙(yi)方(fang)(fang)負(fu)責操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。 　　6.溫(wen)度測溫(wen)由(you)乙(yi)方(fang)(fang)提(ti)供烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)溫(wen)度監測系統。 　　7.乙(yi)方(fang)(fang)提(ti)供并安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)連接(jie)熱煙管(guan)道φ273和(he)φ219鋼管(guan)，材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)為Q235-A，長(chang)度視現(xian)場實際情(qing)況(kuang)而定。 　　8.烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)機使用(yong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)220V與380V電源由(you)甲方(fang)(fang)負(fu)責提(ti)供、并接(jie)至(zhi)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)附近烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)方(fang)(fang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)開(kai)關(guan)柜上(shang)，滿(man)足烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)機200KW負(fu)荷要(yao)求，開(kai)關(guan)柜以(yi)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)及安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)由(you)乙(yi)方(fang)(fang)負(fu)責。 　　9.業主方(fang)(fang)協助把烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)設備吊卸到合(he)適(shi)位置，烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)結束負(fu)責吊卸裝(zhuang)車。 4.10.為使烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)時(shi)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)水(shui)分(fen)變(bian)成(cheng)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)后(hou)能(neng)充分(fen)的(de)(de)(de)(de)排(pai)出，同時(shi)避免因烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)時(shi)材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)產(chan)生的(de)(de)(de)(de)蒸(zheng)汽(qi)在(zai)脹(zhang)(zhang)力作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)下使爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)墻出現(xian)炸裂(lie)或脫落，熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)燃燒室的(de)(de)(de)(de)外部護板的(de)(de)(de)(de)安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)必須采(cai)取段焊，留(liu)出縫(feng)隙滿(man)足烘(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)排(pai)汽(qi)使用(yong)。 　　11.在(zai)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)管(guan)下方(fang)(fang)制(zhi)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)臨時(shi)隔墻，材(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)及安(an)(an)裝(zhuang)由(you)乙(yi)方(fang)(fang)負(fu)責。 　　12.利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電解爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)正式(shi)排(pai)煙系統排(pai)煙。所有(you)膨脹(zhang)(zhang)節打開(kai)，膨脹(zhang)(zhang)指示(shi)歸零。
