  4、甩(shuai)(shuai)帶裝(zhuang)置(zhi):真空甩(shuai)(shuai)帶爐的(de)甩(shuai)(shuai)帶裝(zhuang)置(zhi)由噴鑄裝(zhuang)置(zhi)、高速(su)(su)(su)調速(su)(su)(su)電(dian)機(ji)、磁(ci)流體密封裝(zhuang)置(zhi)和銅(tong)棍(gun)等組成,可(ke)通過(guo)調節(jie)電(dian)機(ji)速(su)(su)(su)度,實(shi)現不同銅(tong)棍(gun)線速(su)(su)(su)度。

  6、模(mo)(mo)(mo)具預(yu)(yu)熱(re)(re)系統:為(wei)防止(zhi)澆鑄到母(mu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)內的(de)溶液冷(leng)卻過快,特在(zai)母(mu)模(mo)(mo)(mo)外部加裝感應線(xian)圈(quan)預(yu)(yu)熱(re)(re),由一(yi)臺7.5Kw IGBT超音頻電源、水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)銅接頭(tou)和線(xian)圈(quan)等組(zu)成(cheng),如果不(bu)用(yong)預(yu)(yu)熱(re)(re),也可(ke)取(qu)下感應線(xian)圈(quan),用(yong)悶頭(tou)密封。預(yu)(yu)留有兩(liang)路進出水(shui)(shui)(shui),水(shui)(shui)(shui)流量(liang)可(ke)通(tong)過流量(liang)計來(lai)控制(專門用(yong)于水(shui)(shui)(shui)冷(leng)銅模(mo)(mo)(mo))。

  7、抽真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)系統:至于(yu)抽真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)部分是(shi)由一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)擴(kuo)散泵、一(yi)(yi)臺(tai)雙極直聯泵、三臺(tai)氣動擋(dang)板閥、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)管路和(he)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)計等(deng)組成,冷態極限真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)度(du)優于(yu)6.67×10E-3Pa。
