  真(zhen)空(kong)燒結爐的主要優點(dian)是:

  4、是理(li)想的惰性(xing)(xing)氣氛,當不(bu)宜(yi)用其他還原性(xing)(xing)或惰性(xing)(xing)氣體時,或者對容易出現脫碳,滲碳的材料(liao),均可采用真空燒結爐。

  5、真空燒結爐減少氣氛(fen)中的有(you)害成(cheng)分(水,氧,氮等)對產品的玷污。例如,電解氫(qing)中的含水量(liang)要求降至***-40℃較為困難;而(er)真空燒結時,真空度只(zhi)要在數(shu)百Pa就相當于含水量(liang)為***-40℃。

  真空(kong)(kong)下的液相(xiang)燒(shao)結(jie),發(fa)(fa)生粘結(jie)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)的揮發(fa)(fa)損失(shi)是(shi)個重(zhong)要問題。這不僅改變(bian)和影響(xiang)合金(jin)(jin)的成(cheng)品成(cheng)分和組織(zhi)結(jie)構,而且對燒(shao)結(jie)過程(cheng)本身也(ye)起阻礙作(zuo)用。粘結(jie)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)的揮發(fa)(fa)損失(shi),主要是(shi)在燒(shao)結(jie)后期(即保溫階段)發(fa)(fa)生。保溫時(shi)(shi)(shi)間長,粘結(jie)金(jin)(jin)屬(shu)的揮發(fa)(fa)損失(shi)就多(duo)。為此(ci),化物(wu)雜質,水分等與材料中的碳(tan)發(fa)(fa)生反應,生成(cheng)CO隨爐排出。此(ci)時(shi)(shi)(shi)真空(kong)(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐爐壓(ya)明顯提高,合金(jin)(jin)中的總(zong)碳(tan)量(liang)降低。顯然,碳(tan)含量(liang)的變(bian)化取決于原(yuan)材料粉末中的氧含量(liang)以及燒(shao)結(jie)時(shi)(shi)(shi)的真空(kong)(kong)度。兩者(zhe)越高時(shi)(shi)(shi),生成(cheng)一氧化碳(tan)的反映越容易進行,脫碳(tan)也(ye)越嚴重(zhong)。

  熔鹽電解爐的真空燒結與氣體保護(hu)燒(shao)結(jie)的(de)工藝沒(mei)有根本區別,只是燒(shao)結(jie)溫度低一(yi)些,一(yi)般可降低到100~150℃。這有利于延長真空(kong)燒(shao)結(jie)爐的(de)壽命(ming)和降低電能的(de)消(xiao)耗。
