  一、抽低真空

  1.將(jiang)真空甩(shuai)帶爐機械泵拉桿逆時(shi)針(zhen)(zhen)旋轉一下輕輕外拉至不能拉動再順時(shi)針(zhen)(zhen)旋轉一下鎖定;

  2.等(deng)待真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)表(biao)指針為“-0.1”后按(an)下復合真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)計左(zuo)表(biao)頭的紅色按(an)鈕(niu),等(deng)待將腔(qiang)內真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)抽至(zhi)低于中間(jian)檔3Pa,同時繼續(xu)緊固腔(qiang)門(men)上的螺絲(若超過(guo)5分鐘(zhong)未(wei)能將真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)抽至(zhi)低于3Pa,請將拉桿按(an)a)步驟所(suo)示手法(fa)推進2分鐘(zhong)后再拉出)。

  二、抽高真空

  1.當(dang)真(zhen)空甩帶爐的(de)腔(qiang)內真(zhen)空低于3Pa后,將機械泵(beng)拉桿推(tui)進并順時針旋轉鎖定;

  2.將擴散(san)泵閥門(men)開(kai)(kai)關手柄逆(ni)時針旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)180°至(zhi)“開(kai)(kai)”;

  3.當左表頭(tou)(tou)指(zhi)針低于0.2Pa后,按(an)下(xia)右表頭(tou)(tou)上的綠色按(an)鈕(niu),并按(an)復位按(an)鈕(niu)一(yi)次(ci)運行高真(zhen)空表;

  4.根據情況依次更(geng)換量(liang)程(cheng),查(cha)看真(zhen)空甩帶爐腔(qiang)內(nei)真(zhen)空度(在當前量(liang)程(cheng)內(nei),若指針高于“1”嚴禁更(geng)換到更(geng)小量(liang)程(cheng)查(cha)看真(zhen)空度)。

  真空甩帶爐的清理內腔工作:

  1.順時針旋轉變(bian)頻器上(shang)的變(bian)頻旋鈕至銅輥轉速為5m/s;

  2.用(yong)沾有丙酮的(de)紙巾擦拭真空甩帶爐的(de)銅輥(gun)外徑表(biao)面;

  3.用金相砂紙輕輕擦拭(shi)外沿(yan);

  4.重復第2步;

  5.逆(ni)時(shi)針旋(xuan)轉(zhuan)變頻器上的變頻旋(xuan)鈕(niu)至銅輥轉(zhuan)速為“0”;

  6.用沾有(you)丙酮的紙巾擦拭(shi)真(zhen)空甩帶(dai)爐(lu)腔體其他地(di)方。
