  1.真空爐處(chu)理鈦(tai)(tai)合金(jin)(jin)時,不宜用(yong)氮(dan)氣作(zuo)為(wei)冷卻氣體,因為(wei)鈦(tai)(tai)和(he)氮(dan)在高溫下(xia)反應(ying),形成金(jin)(jin)黃色的(de)氮(dan)化鈦(tai)(tai)。

  2.真空爐活動連接部分(fen)全部采用(yong)O型(xing)橡(xiang)膠圈密封連接,此(ci)部分(fen)均通(tong)水冷卻。

  3.工件在真(zhen)空狀(zhuang)態下淬火,應(ying)使(shi)用真(zhen)空淬火油(you),此油(you)具(ju)有較(jiao)低的飽和蒸(zheng)氣壓。

  4.真(zhen)空熔煉爐的保養(yang)應在真(zhen)空或充(chong)純氮狀態下,避免(mian)平時不用時吸(xi)氣,吸(xi)潮。

  5.國(guo)內真空爐的壓升率(lv)應(ying)不大于(yu)1.33Pa/h,國(guo)外某(mou)些(xie)企業(ye)的標準為0.67Pa/h

  6.真(zhen)空加熱以輻射為主,工件在爐內(nei)應該(gai)保持間距。

  7.升溫過(guo)程中,工件及爐內材(cai)料會放氣(qi),使真空度下降(jiang)。

  8.真空甩帶爐應該(gai)具(ju)有快冷(leng)裝置。冷(leng)卻水的壓力應該(gai)大于(yu)0.2Mpa,流量應可(ke)調。

  9.冷卻氣(qi)體:鋼一般采(cai)用百(bai)分(fen)之99.995純度的氮氣(qi),高溫(wen)合金采(cai)用百(bai)分(fen)之99.999的氮氣(qi)或(huo)氬氣(qi),鈦合金采(cai)用百(bai)分(fen)之99.995的氬氣(qi)。

  10.升溫:放入工(gong)件后,一般(ban)先(xian)預抽至6.67Pa時方可升溫加(jia)熱(re)。
