  2、開動水泵(beng),使其中頻電源,真空爐感(gan)應圈、爐體(ti)冷卻系統(tong)水循環正常,并(bing)調整水壓控制在(zai)規(gui)定(ding)值。

  3、檢查(cha)真空泵電源系統(tong),皮(pi)帶盤皮(pi)帶松緊,真空泵油是否位于油封(feng)觀察(cha)孔中(zhong)線(xian)。檢查(cha)妥后,人工轉(zhuan)動(dong)真空泵皮(pi)帶盤,如無異常(chang),可(ke)在關閉蝶(die)閥的情況下,啟動(dong)真空泵。

  6、檢查轉動式麥氏真空計是否合(he)乎要求。

  7、檢查真空甩帶爐石(shi)墨坩堝(guo),裝爐配件是否齊全。

  8、在以上(shang)準備就緒后,接通電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),中頻(pin)(pin)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)合閘,按中頻(pin)(pin)啟動(dong)規(gui)則,試(shi)啟動(dong)變(bian)頻(pin)(pin),成功后停(ting)止變(bian)頻(pin)(pin),方可開爐(lu)。

  9、真空燒結爐上蓋(gai)的觀察、測溫(wen)孔,每次開爐均(jun)需清潔(jie)處理,以便觀察和測溫(wen)。

  10、裝爐(lu)時應根據不同燒結產品(pin),采取(qu)相應裝爐(lu)方式。按(an)有關材質(zhi)裝爐(lu)規則裝盤,不得隨(sui)意更改。

  11、為了保持恒(heng)溫,防止熱輻射,發熱坩堝(guo)上加二層(ceng)碳纖維,再罩上隔熱屏。

  17、從爐體(ti)觀察(cha)孔觀察(cha)爐膛發黑(hei)后(hou),先(xian)關閉真(zhen)空泵蝶閥(fa)與斷開(kai)真(zhen)空泵電流,再接自來水繼續冷卻感應圈和爐體(ti),朂后(hou)停水泵。

  18、中頻(pin)電壓750伏有觸電危險。在整個操作(zuo)和檢查過程中,要(yao)注意(yi)操作(zuo)安全(quan),不要(yao)用手接觸中頻(pin)電柜。

  19、在燒結過程(cheng)中(zhong),隨時從爐體(ti)側面(mian)觀察孔(kong)觀察感應(ying)圈是否發生放弧現象,如發現異常現象,應(ying)立即報告有(you)關人(ren)員(yuan)處(chu)理。

  真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)修理后要注意的三個(ge)(ge)階(jie)段(duan)分(fen)(fen)別是什(shen)么  對真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)維修后,要進(jin)(jin)行(xing)烘(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu),這一(yi)(yi)操(cao)作(zuo)分(fen)(fen)三個(ge)(ge)階(jie)段(duan):  1、水分(fen)(fen)排出期(qi)(qi)O~200℃,是真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)保溫層(ceng)中的水分(fen)(fen)和(he)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)體中潮氣(qi)(qi)的排出期(qi)(qi),必(bi)須(xu)檢查真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du),同時(shi)(shi)保溫時(shi)(shi)間較長。  2、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)體放(fang)氣(qi)(qi)量大(da)的溫度(du)區一(yi)(yi)般(ban)在(zai)500℃左右,因真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)放(fang)氣(qi)(qi)量比較大(da),這時(shi)(shi)升(sheng)溫不超過50℃/h。保溫時(shi)(shi)間一(yi)(yi)般(ban)在(zai)60分(fen)(fen)鐘以(yi)上。  3、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)保溫期(qi)(qi)1200℃左右,加熱每升(sheng)高(gao)100~200℃,要進(jin)(jin)行(xing)保溫一(yi)(yi)段(duan)時(shi)(shi)間,升(sheng)溫過快易損壞保溫層(ceng)、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)放(fang)氣(qi)(qi)不完全。  另外(wai),真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)燒結(jie)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)一(yi)(yi)般(ban)在(zai)春秋季節泄(xie)漏故障較多,長期(qi)(qi)閑(xian)置的真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)在(zai)才次(ci)使用時(shi)(shi)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)泄(xie)漏故障比較易發生(sheng)。這時(shi)(shi)間就必(bi)須(xu)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)檢漏,真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)檢漏一(yi)(yi)般(ban)采取每月一(yi)(yi)次(ci)測壓(ya)升(sheng)率(在(zai)常溫下,關閉(bi)所有真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)閥,停(ting)止真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統運(yun)轉,1Omin后讀(du)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)數(shu)(shu),1h后再讀(du)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)數(shu)(shu),兩數(shu)(shu)之(zhi)差是壓(ya)升(sheng)率的數(shu)(shu)值),掌(zhang)握設備泄(xie)漏變化趨勢(shi),如真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)設備連續停(ting)機一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)禮(li)拜,要空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)運(yun)轉一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(進(jin)(jin)行(xing)烘(hong)爐(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu))。
